Welcome to BitLen ("BitLen", "we", "us", or "our"). BitLen offers a decentralized finance platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") which are accessible through our website located at www.bitlen.io & testnet.bitlen.io (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services provided by BitLen.
By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
To access or use the Services, you must be able to form a legally binding contract with BitLen. Consequently, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18 years of age.
Use of Services
BitLen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping";
Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Services;

Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services;
Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Services;
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Services;
Using the Services for any commercial solicitation purposes;
Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding, or attempting to hide your identity;
Interfering with the proper working of the Services;
Accessing any content on the Services through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Services;
Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. BitLen cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of BitLen and its licensors.
Termination
BitLen may terminate or suspend your right to use the Services without notice if we believe that you have breached these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BitLen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BitLen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
Changes to Terms
BitLen reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
